The FEMP Monthly Update is an information tool for the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), other Federal energy officials, and FEMP's National Laboratory and stakeholder teams. The Update provides brief articles and abstracts on a wide range of topics, including Administration and Congressional energy initiatives; Federal, state, and local government energy-related activities; utility and supplier activities; and information on relevant private sector activity and technologies for facilities.
The Update also provides a listing and brief description of upcoming meetings, conferences, and training workshops of interest to energy managers and brief abstracts of new studies, reports, books, and analyses covering an array of topics, including energy and water conservation, renewable energy, utility programs, economic and policy analyses, and federal facilities. All articles and abstracts include links to website or news sources, the resource citation, or a name and telephone number for further information.
