 If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions, the GSA's new Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) schedule is the solution.

Contracts are awarded to advertising and marketing firms of various types and sizes that can help an agency accomplish its goals. The guesswork for finding qualified contractors is removed as the firms found on schedule are pre-approved to do business with the government and many of them are leaders within their field, thus reducing  procurement lead time. Under the AIMS schedule, a multitude of services are available and are categorized into five groupings for ease of reference.

  • Advertising Services
  • Public Relations Services
  • Web Based Marketing Services
  • Specialty Services
  • Integrated Marketing Services

AIMS replaces the former Marketing, Media and Public Information Services (MMPIS) schedule. The same services that were once offered under MMPIS are still available under AIMS - but the schedule itself was improved.

To ensure this schedule accommodated the marketing and communications needs of the federal government, GSA interviewed both potential and current users of the schedule, as well as contractors on the MMPIS schedule. The results of these interviews led to streamlining of many marketing features previously offered and organize the new AIMS schedule to allow for a comprehensive total solutions approach - all while maintaining the quality and quantity of contractors available.

By using this schedule, any agency can hire a  contractor capable of performing various complex marketing and public communication tasks.

Relying on cumbersome procurement vehicles are now a thing of the past with the advent of GSA's Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions schedule.
