National Production Report

This report is an overview of HOME program data. It's a cumulative report by fiscal year of allocations, commitments, disbursements, leveraging ratios, low-income benefit, committed funds by activity type, and HOME cost per unit by activity type. The national report by federal fiscal year is available since HOME Program inception:

Performance SNAPSHOT Reports

The HOME Program Performance "SNAPSHOT" reports are quarterly cumulative performance reports that are useful in tracking the HOME Program progress of participating jurisdictions (PJs) and in keeping constitutents more fully aware of activities undertaken with HOME funds.

HUD has identified several criteria that may have a positive impact on a PJs ranking on their SNAPSHOT report and has brought these criteria together in the SNAPsheet reports. The latest SNAPsheets consist of data downloaded from the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) as of 3/31/03.

Deadline Compliance Status Reports

Deadline Compliance Status Reports assist Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and Field Offices in monitoring compliance with the 2 year commitment and CHDO reservation requirement of the HOME statute and the 5 year expenditure requirement of the HOME regulations.

Data is downloaded from the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) on the last day of each month. Data included in these reports reflect data entered on or before a PJ's deadline date. Data entered into IDIS after a PJ's deadline date are not reflected on these reports. Additional guidance on HOME deadline requirements is available in CPD Notice 01-13.

The IDIS data on these reports are updated monthly. However, the current status of PJs that have shortfalls in IDIS as of their deadline date may be updated more frequently, as appropriate. Here is a list of explanations for the current status field.
