Bovine Genome Assembled
A team of the Bovine Genome Sequencing Project announced today that group of the researchers led by the Baylor College of Medicine's Human Genome Sequencing Center has sequenced the bovine genome at 3.3x coverage using a whole genome shotgun (WGS) strategy . The sequence is available in GenBank, EMBL, by DDBJ and by BLAST.
New in Map Viewer: The ILTX map is now
available in
Map Viewer.
