HUD sells properties at reduced prices that you might want to buy! Read how you can buy a HUD home.

Then, check out the listings of HUD homes in your area. Please note: We have recently awarded new Management and Marketing Contractors to manage, market and sell homes in some of the states identified below. For a short period of time, in some states, there may be two (2) managment and marketing contractors listing properties for sale. In order to see all properties available for sale in these particular states, you will have to click both links provided for that state. If you think you want to buy a HUD home, you need to contact a real estate broker in your area who is authorized to sell HUD homes (most are). Your broker will submit a bid for you.
