Wear your bicycle helmet properly

The day you teach your child to ride a bicycle is a memory you'll cherish forever. But before you focus your child's attention on how to ride the bike, take time to show him or her the right way to wear a bicycle helmet.

Helmets save lives and prevent head injury, but they only work if they're used properly. See some common mistakes as well as the right way to wear a bicycle helmet.

Note: The same technique works for adults.
