Schedules Resolving Problems with Orders

The following information provides the steps to take to resolve problems with GSA Schedule contract orders.

Under the GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Program, GSA offers its customers millions of services and products. Ordering activities place orders directly with Schedule contractors or through GSA Advantage!®. Ordering activities are responsible for administering task/delivery orders placed against MAS contracts.

For questions about, or problems with a Schedule order, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Deficiencies in quantity, quality, etc.—Report the deficiencies to the Schedule contractor with whom the order was placed.
  • Problems with the terms and conditions of a GSA Schedule contract order—Refer the matter to the ordering activity's contracting officer. For further assistance, the ordering activity's contracting officer should contact the GSA Schedule contracting officer.

Note: The GSA Schedule contracting officer may be located by accessing Schedules e-Library and searching by Schedule contractor name or contract number. Click on the Schedule contractor's name next to the appropriate contract number to view the GSA Schedule contracting officer.

Ordering activities should contact GSA Advantage!®  for problems or discrepancies with an order placed through GSA Advantage!®.
