U.S. Secretary of Education recently highlighted the achievement of English language learners under the law No Child Left Behind by inviting successful student Fatima Rodriguez of Gainesville Elementary School in Georgia to hear his Annual Back-to-School speech at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
