Standing guard
10/26/2004 - KAPAUN AIR STATION, Germany (AFPN) -- Law enforcement specialists Airmen 1st Class Adrian Gillette and Timothy Zink are responsible for the security here at Detachment 1 of the 460th Space Communication Squadron. They are assigned to the 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron at nearby Vogelweh Air Base. The Airmen walk the perimeter of the satellite relay station, and they check the condition of the fence, debris gathered against it and suspicious activity.
