10/26/2004 - LAS VEGAS (AFPN)  -- The Air Force Academy’s women’s soccer team lost to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, 3-0, in Mountain West Conference competition Oct. 24. The Falcons conclude the 2004 regular season with a 3-12-2 overall record and 0-5-1 in the conference.

Air Force struggled to get its offense going as the Rebels held the Falcons to just one shot in the entire match. Despite the match being scoreless at the half, UNLV (11-3-2, 4-1-0) exploded for three second-half goals for the win.

Jennifer Drew had four saves at goal for the Falcons, allowing all three goals in 87:32 of work. Sarah Keidel, a Las Vegas native, made her debut for the Falcons in relief of Drew, recording a save in 2:28.

Air Force plays again at the conference soccer championships in Provo, Utah, from Nov. 3 to 6.
