Ambassador Baker wins Grand Prize at Diplomatic Photo Exhibit

Former Japanese Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto joins Ambassador Baker Oct. 25 in unveiling the Ambassador's Grand Prize-winning entry at the annual Diplomatic Photo Exhibit at Mikimoto Gallery, Tokyo.   Ambassador Baker's photograph depicts two endangered Red Crested Cranes -- a national symbol of Japan -- in the snow-covered Kushiro Wetlands, on Japan's northern island of Hokkaido.
