Ordering Status Questions

For shipping, transportation, or billing discrepancies on National Stock Number (NSN) items, contact GSA's National Customer Service Center (NCSC) or click on Discrepancy Report, found under the Customer Service button in GSA Advantage!®  for a pre-addressed form.

For order status, follow-ups, etc., customers should contact the supplier directly. The Schedule contractor's name and telephone number is printed on the order summary customers receive at checkout and also through order history/status.
