Administrative Fees for the Flexible Spending

Today, Friday, June 27, 2003, is the last day of the Flexible
Spending Account (FSA) Program's early Open Season. We have just
received word that USDA employees choosing to participate in this
program will have the administrative fees paid for by USDA. We know
this is very short notice and we apologize for the delay. This early
enrollment will only qualify for reimbursements for costs incurred
after July 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. We would like to remind
you that there will be another Open Season that will run concurrent
with the Federal Employees Health Benefits yearly Open Season. You
will need to sign up every year to continue to participate in the
FSA Program. Please contact the FSA contractor SHPS, Inc. by calling
1-877-372-3337 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
