and Disability Resource Centers

Program, a cooperative effort of the Administration on Aging
(AoA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS),
was developed to assist states in their efforts to create a single,
coordinated system of information and access for all persons
seeking long term support to minimize confusion, enhance individual
choice, and support informed decision-making.
Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy G. Thompson announced
the award of twelve (12) grants in FY 2003 totaling $9.26 million
to support state efforts to develop Aging and Disability Resource
Centers
In FY 2004, Secretary Thompson announced
