| Use your Express Mail Corporate Account (EMCA) to pay for Global Express Mail™ shipments and receive a 5% postage discount. With an EMCA, postage and fees for all Global Express Mail shipments are conveniently withdrawn from one central account.
Signing up for an EMCA is easy. Just complete an application, and then make the initial deposit. Use credit cards to pay this initial deposit by calling 1-800-STAMP24 to establish an account. Once an account is opened, postage for all Global Express Mail parcels paid for with an EMCA will be shipped at a 5% discount.
Global Express Mail shipments paid with an EMCA may be sent in a number of ways:

Bring the packages to any designated acceptance office or Express Mail collection box (if less than one pound and nondutiable). |

Give it to postal collection personnel. |

Call 1 800-222-1811 for pickup. |

Schedule a Pickup On Demand online. |
Only the EMCA number needs to be used; no postage is required. $100 insurance is included.
Discounts are only applicable for Global Express Mail and only to the postage. Discounts are not applicable to fees such as pickup and fees incurred to increase merchandise insurance coverage past $100 (included with this service).

| If you already have established an EMCA and can commit to at least 600 packages or at least $12,000 in postage annually, you can receive discounts even greater than 5% for your Global Express Mail shipments shipped under our Global Package Discount program.
Just enter into a written International Customized Mail (ICM) agreement with the USPS that stipulates the volume you expect to mail with the Postal Service over the year. We will then discount your shipments to a level that reflects the exact annualized volume or postage commitment based on the annual commitment for the first quarter and the actual activity for each succeeding quarter. | If you mail a large amount of parcels or ship irregularly, the Postal Service’s profiled International Customized Mail agreement is for you. It provides a high degree of pricing flexibility that reflects the volume levels you agree to ship annually and the level of service you buy. Options can include labeling services, faster delivery to selected countries and duty/tax/fee payment alternatives—all at appropriate costs.
