Subject: Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program Open Season: 2004 Rider Information

Each year Federal employees access Open Season material in great numbers from the FEHB website. The website provides a quick and easy path to Guides, plan brochures, and tools to compare cost, benefits and quality indicators for each FEHB plan. With the expanded use of the website, the distribution of printed FEHB Guides is at the written request of the agencies.
Agencies may purchase FEHB Guides through a Government Printing Office (GPO) print rider. Attached is FEHB Open Season 2004 RIDER INFO available through regular printing officer channels. Agencies may order the publication on the attached list by riding the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's requisition. Field and regional offices should submit their requirements to their department or agency Washington, DC area headquarters printing office before September 2, 2004. In order to provide products to our customers on a timely basis, this cutoff date will not be extended. Products will be shipped to agency distribution points beginning October 12, 2004.
