The purpose of this survey is to collect data on the performance of the 8(a) FAST industry partners from federal customers at the completion of a task.  Requesting this information complies with past performance data collection requirements as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations. 

Prospective federal customers may request past performance data for any 8(a) FAST industry partner by calling or e-mailing the Small Business GWAC Center.

The Small Business GWAC Center strives for performance excellence in the services provided by its industry partners to federal customers.  All comments are welcome and sincerely appreciated.
