GSA's Millennia Lite and Smart Card Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) provide fully competed contracts allowing agencies to eliminate costly procurement lead time and to focus on mission.

Millennia Lite is a multiple-award indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract offering a broad range of professional IT support services categorized in four Functional Areas. 

Labor Hour/Time and Material, Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement task orders may be issued under the contracts.  Millennia Lite also incorporates Award Term incentives for performance-based contract extension periods.

Smart Cards provide agencies with a common interoperable multi-technology, multi-application solution which supports applications such as;

•  identification,
• building access,
• property contol,
• biometics,
• logical access 
• cryptograhics and more. 

Smart Cards may also be used to provide a secure token for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) applications.
