The objective is to develop an ongoing program of assessment
and evaluation program for the MidContinental Region. This program will
identify regional needs and opportunities for program development. Utilizing
the capabilities of the Internet, targeted surveys will be conducted.
In addition, anecdotal evidence will be collected. An effort will be made
to evaluate the quality of services to demonstrate the value of network
membership.
