- We provide mishap investigation expertise for both Navy
and Marine Corps serious mishaps ranging from industrial
to tactical operations mishaps
- Upon request, investigators can be dispatched within
four hours of notice and provide technical assistance to
mishap investigation boards by either serving as members
of the board or as subject matter experts in occupational
safety and health, tactical operations and the mishap
investigation process
- We prepare final endorsements, lessons learned and track
implementation status of recommended corrective actions
for investigation reports
- Upon request, the division provides Navy Operational
Risk Management training/presentations
