Over the past month, several changes have been made to the United States Mint H.I.P. Pocket Change™ Web site, specifically with teachers in mind!  To help you learn about "What's New For You", explore some of the links that have been listed below.

What's New For You—You can now visit What's New For You any time to find out all of the new features on the site!  That's right-we've made this monthly newsletter into a permanent page on the H.I.P. Pocket Change Web site.  To find it, simply visit the Teachers page and click on What's New For You!

Teachers' Network members who have opted to receive this newsletter will continue to receive emails from us each month with a link to the What's New For You page on the site.

October Coin of the Month—Bill the Mint Buffalo can't wait to introduce you to his cousin, now featured on the Wisconsin quarter.  Moooo-ve on down to the Coin of the Month page to learn about "America's Dairyland" and explore the 30th coin to be released as part of the 50 State Quarters® Program.

Fun Facts—A new Fun Fact is available each month, but you don't have to settle for one fun fact at a time!  Just click on a fact at the top of any H.I.P. Pocket Change page and learn some little known stories of the United States Mint and American coinage!

Height Medal—In 2004, Doctor Dorothy Height was awarded the congressional gold medal for her work in helping people exercise their civil rights.  Visit Medal Mania to learn more about Dr. Height and all of the important Americans that have earned medals in their honor!
