The third annual West Coast Customer Workshop (WCCW) was conducted in historic downtown Portland, Oregon, August 23—25, 2004, by the GSA Northwest/Arctic Region and GSA Pacific Region. This conference covered such topics as GSA pricing, building operations, reimbursable services, and leasing. GSA leaders were there to answer questions and discuss new ways of customizing services to federal agencies.
