The files below recreate a relatively complete version of the State Medicaid Manual. A few pages here and there that were never produced in WordPerfect format (e.g., certain charts, graphs, diagrams) could not be included. Otherwise, every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of these documents in electronic form. However, the paper version is considered the official version and takes precedence if any discrepancies occur.
