Parcel Return Services (PRS) is a new workshare discount program from the United States Postal Service® that offers an easy and convenient way for your customers to return items to you. With PRS, you or your agent retrieve returned parcels from designated Post Office™ locations or from designated bulk mail centers. The biggest winner is your customer, who will enjoy the convenience of preprinted, pre-paid return labels and the ease of handing their package to a letter carrier, dropping it in a collection box, or taking it to their local Post Office location. You can take advantage of the PRS worksharing discounts by enrolling in the program directly or by working with an approved Third-Party Reverse Logistics Provider. Many companies rely on such providers to assist with their parcel return operations.
