Revised Forest Plan Appeal Decision Instructions

In response to an appeal of the Rio Grande National Forest's Revised Land and Resource Management Plan, the Secretary of Agriculture provided seven instructions: 1) Select Management Indicator Species (MIS); 2) add monitoring for the selected MIS; 3) add literature cites for MIS and sensitive species; 4) expand the display of environmental effects; 5) display habitat effects over a longer period of time; 6) issue an errata sheet regarding compliance with FLPMA; and 7) develop a new livestock grazing suitability determination. The following have been prepared in response to these instructions:
