The GSA Furniture Reclamation Center (FRC) helps meet the furniture needs of local federal agencies while achieving maximum utilization of government property. The center provides one location where agencies can find a wide selection of excess, refurbished, and new furniture.

GSA's refurbished furniture is chosen from the highest quality traditional furniture the government buys. It includes executive and management level wood furniture in a variety of styles. Customers can select an entire suite of matching furniture or add unique accent pieces to an existing office. A wide variety of quality fabrics are available to ensure that upholstered pieces match the desired office decor. All this means is that customers can buy top quality furniture at savings up to 40% over buying new.

If, however, it is new furniture that a customer wants, the FRC carries a quality line of executive office furniture to meet those needs. Items available include desks, credenzas, bookcases, conference tables, computer stands and file cabinets, as well as a wide variety of chairs for all purposes. All new items are selections from federal supply schedule contracts, which ensures that acquisition regulations have been met and that all items meet government specifications.

In addition to basic office furniture, the FRC also offers accent pieces to complete any office. A wide variety of wall art, lamps, silk flowers, artificial plants and trees are available.

Items can be purchased using GSA Form 344, DOD Form 1348 (both available at the Center), or other similar obligating document. Or, for maximum convenience, customers can use the government purchase card. Furniture can be picked up immediately after purchase, or delivery by FRC personnel at customer's expense. The GSA Furniture Reclamation Center hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
