The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) would like to inform the Federal Contractor Community of a Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letter to be used to provide advanced compliance evaluation notification. Specifically, this letter will be provided to Corporate Headquarters along with a listing of potential federal contractor establishments that have been selected for evaluation under the OFCCP’s Federal Contractor Selection System (FCSS).
