Daily Climate Reports
The Daily Climate Report (CLI) is produced twice a day, at
around 4:30 pm and 1:30 am. The 4:30 pm report contains data
from 12:00 am EST (1:00 am EDT) to 4:00 pm local time and
is referred to as "preliminary" data. The 1:30 am
"daily" report contains 24 hours of data starting
at 12:00 am EST (1:00 am EDT) the previous day.

Local Climate Data
The data from the daily reports are appended each day to
the F-6. These reports began in 1997 for Central Park, Newark
& Bridgeport and in March 2003 for LaGuardia, JFK &
Islip. Click on the Station and Month you would like data

The NWS office in Taunton, MA also produces
unoffical data for cities in the Northeastern US in a format
similar to the F-6. Many locations in the tri-state area are
included on this page.

Monthly Climate Reports
Monthly data is also summarized in the CLM product. The CLM
contains more detailed information than the F-6 and is issued
during the first few days of the new month.

and records. This information is included in our monthly almanacs.
The almanacs also contain times of sunrise and sunset and
daily records of precipitation and snowfall.
