FY 1999"Minimize /Eliminate Filth Organisms and Human Pathogens from Seed Sprouts" -- determines if the meticulous application of the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles throughout the seed sprouting life cycle minimizes or eliminates filth organisms and/or human pathogens from the ready-to-eat end product.
