"Minimize /Eliminate Filth Organisms and Human Pathogens from Seed Sprouts" -- determines if the meticulous application of the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles throughout the seed sprouting life cycle minimizes or eliminates filth organisms and/or human pathogens from the ready-to-eat end product. "Windows Based Information System for the State of Missouri" -- develops an information system that allows any health department to access a user-friendly database for the collection, storage, and retrieval of data collected regarding facilities and their inspections. "Risk-Based Assessment Program for Off-Site Foodservice" -- develops, implements, and maintains a risk-based assessment program for food catering and other ‘off-site’ food service operations using the principles identified in the FDA's draft "Recommended National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards" and the Model Food Code. “Assisted/Residential Living Facilities and Non-Residential Meal Sites" -- evaluates a broad cross section of assisted living facilities, residential care homes, transitional homes, adult day services and senior meal sites to identify food safety hazards for the elderly in the facilities.
