"Hands on HACCP Packaged for the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Food Industry Project" -- creates a training package in English and Spanish for regulators and industry on the safe production and processing practices that should be used for ready-to-eat foods. McDonough County, Illinois Health Department "Food Safety for Festivals and Fundraisers "An Instructional Web Site and Videotape" -- develops an inexpensive, professionally produced video which addresses food safety at farmers markets, festivals, fairs, and fundraising events and a complimenting web site suitable for the "occasional cook." "Training Program for Professional Sanitarians" -- produces a training resource manual that could serve as the basis for a Model Food Inspection Training Curriculum.
