 A: The regulations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for sanitizers used to clean food manufacturing equipment and food utensils are contained in the book of regulations "Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 170 to 199" (21 CFR 170-199) at 21 CFR 178.1010.
