As part of providing consistent reporting of the AQI across the nation, EPA has developed a standard AQI logo that can be used by State and Local Air Quality Agencies and media to assist in the reporting of the AQI.

 Guideline for Reporting of Daily Air Quality - Air Quality Index (AQI): This guidance is designed to aid local agencies in reporting the air quality using the AQI as required in Part 58.50 of 40 CFR and according to Part 58 of 40 CFR, Appendix G. The intended audience of this document is project managers, meteorologists, air quality analysts, and data analysts.
