Key Officers of Foreign Service Posts:
Guide for Business Representatives

The Key Officers List is now available in a database or as a publication in Adobe PDF format. The new URL is: http://foia.state.gov/MMS/KOH/keyoffcity.asp

Key Officers of Foreign Service Posts is updated by the Bureau of Administration. Updates must be submitted to: A/RPS/MMS, Room 1853, U.S. Department of State 20520-1853 or FAX 202-736-4269. Foreign Service posts should follow up faxes with cables or memos to that office.

The Key Officers Guide provides the names of key officers at Foreign Service posts with whom American business representatives would most likely have contact.

Addressing Correspondence: Due to the rotational nature of Foreign Service assignments, it is most important that correspondence to a Foreign Service post be addressed to a section or position rather than to an officer by name.

For previous issues, see: December 99 || January 98 || June 98 || June 97 || October 96
