Public Comment: This letter provides modifications to NSF-02-085, International Digital Libraries Collaborative Research and Applications Testbeds Program Solicitation.
The intention of this Dear Colleague Letter is (1) to confirm that cost sharing is not required under NSF-02-085, (2) to remove Special Review Criterion #10, and (3) to extend the proposal deadline to Monday, June 3, 2002. The confirmation that cost sharing is not required and the two other changes to the Program Solicitation are in response to some conflicting information on a non-NSF web site regarding NSF-02-085.
