LOCATION.--Lat 39°42'07.9", long 79°08'11.0", Garrett County, Hydrologic Unit 05020006,
on left bank at downstream side of highway bridge, 0.3 mi upstream from Slaubaugh Run, 0.7 mi
downstream from U.S Highway 40, and 1.0 mi northeast of Grantsville.
DRAINAGE AREA.--62.5 mi2
PERIOD OF RECORD.--July 1947 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and concrete control. Datum of gage is 2,088.97 ft above National
Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
REMARKS.--U.S. Army Corps of Engineers satellite collection platform at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 8,400 ft3/s, Oct. 15, 1954,
