LOCATION.--Lat 40°03'33", long 82°20'23", in T.2 N., R.11 W., Licking
County, Hydrologic Unit 05040006, on right bank at downstream side of
Stadden Bridge, 1.0 mi downstream from Shawnee Run, 1.5 mi upstream
from Equality Run, and 3.5 mi east of Newark.
DRAINAGE AREA.--537 mi².
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1939 to current year.
REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 973: 1940(M). WSP 1907: Drainage area.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 779.02 ft above National
Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Prior to May 9, 1940, nonrecording
gage at same site and datum.
REMARKS.--Occasional regulation by Buckeye Lake, capacity, 27,300 acre-ft,
on South Fork 15.2 mi upstream. Water-quality data collected at this
site 1962 to 1980. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers satellite telemeter
at station.
