LOCATION.--Lat 43°05'32", long 77°40'50", Monroe County, Hydrologic Unit 04130003, on right bank 400 ft upstream from Ballantyne Bridge on State Highway 252, 1.6 mi west of Mortimer, and 2.8 mi upstream from Erie (Barge) Canal. DRAINAGE AREA.--2,210 mi2. PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1973 to current year. REVISED RECORD.--WDR NY-82-3: Drainage area. GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 500.00 ft above sea level. REMARKS.--River regulated for operation of Erie (Barge) Canal, downstream powerplants, and at high stages by Mount Morris Lake (see station 04224000). Satellite gage-height telemeter at station. |
