LOCATION.--Lat 44° 03'49", long 111° 09'11", NW1/4 NW1/4 SW1/4 
sec.33, T.9 N., R.45 E., Fremont County, Hydrologic Unit 17040203, 
Porcupine Lake quad map, on right bank, approximately 475 ft above 
the diversion of the Yellowstone Canal, about 7 mi northeast 
of Squirrel.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--November 1993 to current year.

GAGE.--Elevation of gage is 5,780 ft above NGVD of 1929, from 
topographic map.

REMARKS.--Station is above all diversions from Falls River.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 5,940 ft3/s 
May 30, 1997, gage height, 9.28 ft; minimum daily, 290 ft3/s 
Nov. 20, 21, 22, 1994.

Station operated in cooperation with Water District No.1.
