LOCATION.--Lat 43° 29'30", long 114° 03'30", about center of sec.22,
T.2 N., R.20 E., Blaine County, Hydrologic Unit 17040221, on left bank
above maximum flow line of Little Wood Reservoir, 0.4 mi downstream from
Muldoon Creek, 0.6 mi upstream from High Five Creek, 13.5 mi northwest of
Carey, and at mile 83.0.
DRAINAGE AREA.--248 mi2. Mean elevation, 7,220 ft.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1958 to September 1974, October 1979 to current year
(no winter record in water year 1982).
GAGE.--Elevation of gage is 5,320 ft above NGVD of 1929, by barometer.
REMARKS.--Diversions above station for irrigation of about 1,300 acres
(1966 determination).
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,480 ft3/s Apr. 22, 1969,
gage height, 7.01 ft; minimum, 12 ft3/s Sept. 7-10, 1994, gage height, 0.74 ft.
