2001 Top Causes of Death by Age Groups

 

 

 

 

 

NHTSA has reported 42,196
people died in motor vehicle
crashes in 2001 and that motor
vehicle crashes were the 8th-leading
cause of deaths among all ages that year.
But broken down by age, crashes were the
No. 1 cause of deaths for age 2 and then every
age from 4 through 33.
