Dinner Choices:
  1. Vegetarian Lasagna - Blend of mixed vegetables baked in layers of pasta

  2. Beef Bourguignonne - Sauteed chunks of beef with Julienne of carrots, mushrooms and Pearl onions in a Burgundy sauce, served over buttered egg noodles.

  3. Boneless Breast of Chicken with a champagne sauce, cream and seedless grapes.

    Each dinner is accompanied by a fresh fruit cup, tossed Garden salad, rolls, vegetable, dessert and beverage.
