Commission approval of final consent order: Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved a final consent order in the matter concerning General Electric Company (GE) and InVision Technologies, Inc. The vote to approve the order as final was 3-0-2, with Commissioner Pamela Jones Harbour recused and Commissioner Jon Leibowitz not participating.
