OIRP is the principal ARS contact for international issues. Our mission is to enhance the productivity, effectiveness, and impact of the ARS National Programs through mutually beneficial international research and development collaborations in agriculture and natural resources science.
OIRP Goals

To participate in activities which promote the strategic interest of the U.S. government
