National Directory of AHERA Accredited Courses (NDAAC)
(As of November 2003)
Introduction to the NDAAC Directory -
The National Directory of AHERA Accredited Courses (the "Course
Directory") is intended primarily for use by federal and state agencies
involved in the training and accreditation of asbestos control professionals
under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 (AHERA), as amended
by the Asbestos School Hazard Abatement Reauthorization Act of 1990 (ASHARA),
under which the EPA Model Accreditation plan was issued. It contains
information about training providers and approved courses nationwide and
is meant to serve as a comprehensive reference and resource document.
It should also be useful for those training providers who offer accredited
asbestos courses and to all consumers of these training services.
This directory is only available in electronic format and is no longer
offered in print.
