Mr. LEAHY (for himself, Mr. KENNEDY, and Mr. BIDEN) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary


A BILL

To amend the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 to provide for transitional housing assistance grants for child victims of domestic violence.

SECTION 1. TRANSITIONAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE GRANTS FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, STALKING, OR SEXUAL ASSAULT.

`CHAPTER 11--TRANSITIONAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE GRANTS FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, STALKING, OR SEXUAL ASSAULT

`SEC. 40299. TRANSITIONAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE GRANTS FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, STALKING, OR SEXUAL ASSAULT.
