SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHWEST ARIZONA THROUGH 12 NOON MST...OR
11 AM PST. MOST RAINFALL WILL RANGE FROM ONE TENTH TO ONE QUARTER
OF AN INCH. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ON AREA ROADWAYS SHOULD BE ALERT TO
THE POSSIBILITY OF WATER ON THE ROADWAY. NORMALLY DRY CREEKS AND
WASHES MAY BE RUNNING. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH AREAS WHERE
WATER IS FLOWING OVER THE ROAD.
