Guides, collection overviews, subject overviews, and finding aids help provide access to the Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division's resources by summarizing holdings and offering sample images. Collection and Subject Overviews

  • Summaries of collections such as the Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information photographs, the New York World-Telegram & Sun Newspaper Photograph Collection, the WPA Poster collection, and more.
  • Overviews of the Division's holdings in particular subject areas, such as Native Americans, women's history, etc.
  • Most include selected images.
