Architecture & Engineering IDIQ Contracts for Technical Services

GSA has awarded several award multiple IDIQ Contracts that can be utilized by any Executive Branch federal agency to procure technical expertise.

Cost Engineering Services

With personnel resources throughout most offices diminishing, federal agencies are having to identify more resourceful ways to perform their work. In most cases, that is accomplished with an ever-increasing workload. GSA has awarded five competitively priced Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts to some of the most technically qualified Architect-Engineering Firms in the United States using FAR Part 36 and the Architect-Engineer Brooks-Act procurement procedures.

Procedures have been established to allow the agencies, in every case, to select the most technically qualified firm for each task order.

The team consists of personnel specializing in Cost Engineering, Procurement, Customer Service, and Data Management that manage this contract and IDIQ Cost Engineering Services website.

Seismic/structural/Blast Services

GSA has awarded three supplemental Seismeic/Structural/Blast IDIQ contracts.  These contracts are available for use by GSA as well as other Executive Branch agencies to obtain necessary consulting services.
