Office of the Chief People Officer Overview
The Office of the Chief People Officer (OCPO) manages GSA's programs, policies, and operations in support of the President’s Management Agenda and the strategic management of human capital. Additionally, the OCPO provides human resources system support under a cross-servicing arrangement to approximately 11,000 employees from the National Archives and Records Administration, the Office of Personnel Management, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Railroad Retirement Board, the National Credit Union Administration, and various presidential boards and commissions. As an agency, GSA has developed a Human Capital Strategic Plan that contains seven key goals:
Each of these seven goals addresses an aspect of the human capital landscape that GSA believes to be of critical importance. The OCPO is pleased to lead this effort within GSA.
