Education and Training
On-Site TrainingIllustration of a speaker in front of a class.

A two-day live version of the Epidemiology & Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases course can be scheduled for a state or region. Only a limited number of these on-site courses can be presented each year. For 2004, courses are scheduled in two states (New York and California).

The National Immunization Program can customize onsite courses to suit your needs. We can also provide speakers on immunization topics for meetings, conferences, grand rounds, etc. Complete and return this Speaker Request Form* (.pdf), or contact Melissa Barnett for details: e-mail MBarnett2@cdc.gov
